Terems/conditions
In the event the services of the Wedding Planner/service are no longer required (cancellation of the wedding, etc.) the Client agrees to pay a percentage of the total fee as set out below:
Forfeiture of the deposit if the event is cancelled. If event is cancelled less than 90 days prior to event the whole amount paid will be forfeited.
Explanation of terms- We save the date, which means no one else can book it, communicate/plan, hire individuals to assist, we pay the county as vendors to be on the beach.
If payment was paid in full at the time of booking; the amount of the deposit is the full payment and will be forfeited.
Deposits may be applied to postponements. Packages remain the same.
If money is being refunded to a credit card a 25% service fee will be subtracted.
Forever Together Beach Weddings is not responsible for inclement weather (rain, hurricanes, tornados, high winds, etc.), area evacuations, or other extreme issues that may result in cancellation/postponement of event.
It is the responsibility of the couple to secure a back up location should weather be a concern. Forever Together Beach Weddings is not responsible for finding an alternate location but will assist in finding one and will keep track of weather.
Couples will be offered options and will have the “final” say as to moving the event date, time and/or location based upon availability through Forever Together Beach Weddings.
Please be aware that all locations are public venues. Forever Together Beach Weddings is not responsible for any accident or injury that might occur to anyone in and/or attending our weddings. We are also not responsible for the health or health conditions of anyone in and/or attending our weddings. Signers of this contract assume responsibility for themselves, attendants, and guests.
Forever Together Beach Weddings in not responsible for Third Party vendors or materials brought to our weddings that are not our own.
Forever Together Beach Weddings does not put a guarantee on our photography. Although we aim for professional quality photos, due to certain elements, such as weather and natural lighting, this is not always possible.
We do not put a number on the amount of photos you will receive, we will take as many as possible per conditions, edit them and send them to you via email. We will hold on to them for 90 days in case they are lost. If there are specific poses that you want, please let us know before. Knowing ahead of time what photos are important to you will help us make sure that you receive what you want.
If you are late for a sunset ceremony the amount of photos as well as the quality will be affected.
All photos may be used on our website or in promotional materials. If you do not wish for us to use your photos you must notify us in writing.
Permits are required for some beaches. Couple is responsible for paying any beach fee’s/permits if requesting a special location
Any “changes” in services must be made 2 weeks prior to wedding date.
Final balance due in cash day of ceremony , before ceremony starts
It is VERY important to arrive on time- especially for “sunset” wedding ceremonies.
Forever Together Beach Weddings is not responsible for any materials (marriage licenses, photographs, certificates, etc.) once they have been placed in the mail.
